SMS and Text Messaging

We may send you text messages for appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, service-related follow-ups, and occasional marketing about Acquisition DNA's own services (only with your separate consent where required). Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies; we do not send a high volume of messages.

Opt-out: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will be removed from our messaging list within 24 hours. For help, reply HELP or contact our customer support (see Contact Information below).

Carrier liability: We are not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery due to your carrier, network, or device. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your wireless carrier may charge you for messages. Delivery can vary by device and carrier; we cannot warrant universal compatibility.

Age restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site and our services, including opting in to SMS or other communications. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Refund Policy

Your purchase of a product or service is subject to the specific terms outlined in your individual contract with Acquisition DNA. Refund policies are discussed and agreed upon personally with each client.
